The Y-H series is a fully enclosed, self fan cooled three-phase cage asynchronous motor for marine use, suitable for driving various machinery on ships, such as water pumps, air compressors, ventilators, separators, hydraulic machinery, and other auxiliary equipment.
The DC circular disc brake of the YEJ series brake motor is installed on the end cover of the non shaft extension end of the motor. When the brake motor is connected to the power supply, the brake also operates simultaneously. Due to the electromagnetic attraction, the electromagnet attracts the armature and compresses the spring, causing the brake disc to detach from the armature end cover and the motor to start running. When the power supply is cut off, the brake electromagnet loses its electromagnetic attraction, and the spring pushes the armature to compress the brake disc. The motor is actuated by the friction distance, and our factory also produces the corresponding YDEJ dual speed brake motor.
The power supply for the brake is supplied by the rectifier inside the motor junction box, with AC220V-DC99V for 3kW and below, and AC380-DC170V for 4kW and above.
